Refund policy
We regret to inform that we generally don't encourage Returns/Exchange/Cancellation.
We share images of the product that has been ordered before it is packed and the image of the package, before shipping, hence the possibilities of damage is almost nil.
However, if at all there are damages, please provide us with an end to end(without pause, edits) unboxing video within 24hrs of receipt of your package.
If the product is damaged beyond repair, we would be able to provide a refund or replacement or an adjustment in your upcoming orders.
Please note minor irregularities such as earring hooks being bent, missing screws, one or two missing stones in the jewellery etc., are not considered as damages. Such claims will not be entertained.
